陳洪榮，男1946年出生，山東省濟(jì)南市長清區(qū)牛山村人。中共黨員、參戰(zhàn)時榮立戰(zhàn)功。被授予“藝術(shù)博士”?，F(xiàn)任中國美協(xié)、書協(xié)會員、湖南常德市武陵書畫協(xié)會會員、名譽(yù)會長、中國桂林炎黃書畫院院士、一級書畫家、江蘇省南京金陵書畫院一級書畫師、印社常務(wù)理事、內(nèi)蒙古呼和浩特青年書畫院院士、中國神州書畫院院士、天津市海河書畫院士、中國世紀(jì)專家中國武陵協(xié)會高級書畫畫師、中國收藏藝術(shù)研究院理事、中國藏典收藏家協(xié)會特約研究員、聯(lián)合國美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員和中國詩書畫研究員、海內(nèi)外知名書畫家協(xié)會會員、藝聯(lián)網(wǎng)特聘藝術(shù)家。

2010年由文化部發(fā)起，人民日報擔(dān)綱舉辦的，中華人民共和國文化，領(lǐng)軍人物評審活動中，受到聯(lián)合國教課文組織瑞典諾貝爾，文藝中心，以及中國書法家協(xié)會，中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會，中國作家協(xié)會，中國文聯(lián)，中國社科學(xué)院，CCTV，人民日報等國際，國內(nèi)多家權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)媒體一致評審聯(lián)合推薦授抒陳洪榮一代國畫大師稱號。

2016年作品《圓夢中華》經(jīng)《巴西里約奧運會中國當(dāng)代書畫名家精品展》書畫專家評選委員會嚴(yán)格審定，入展“2016年巴西里約奧運會當(dāng)代書畫家精品展”，被圣保羅藝術(shù)博物館巴西陳列收藏，

2019年參加紐約、韓國首爾、意大利佛羅倫薩、巡展作品被意達(dá)利收藏被聘為“藝術(shù)使者”。作品被評為特等獎同年參加《中國世記壇》三幅作品榮獲“終身創(chuàng)作獎”。

2020年授抒“人民藝術(shù)家”，同年參加抗擊疫情義賣三幅作品，義賣款項捐贈給有關(guān)部門,

2020年參加韓國、意達(dá)利、美國國際大展，作品獲特等獎被意達(dá)利收藏。

2020年參加了人民日報藝術(shù)鑒賞中心，文旅部等單位舉辦的《揚我國魂、佑我中華、暨獻(xiàn)禮國慶七十一華誕藝術(shù)大展》,大賽獲得特等獎。由權(quán)威書畫家組成的評委會授打“書畫藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域中華杰出藝術(shù)家和人民藝術(shù)家”。被授抒“國人民藝術(shù)家”。同年被國家民族協(xié)會授抒“國家一級美術(shù)師”，被中特評為“國禮特供藝術(shù)家”。

2020年岀版了，中國大紅袍陳洪榮專集。歐楊中石老師寫評論，書協(xié)主席寫書名文聯(lián)主席鐵旋老師寫前言，大紅袍是藝術(shù)家一生的標(biāo)志大氣莊重推劫文化發(fā)展起了重大作用。

2021年被評選為“當(dāng)代書畫藝術(shù)百杰”并授予“國寶級藝術(shù)大師榮譽(yù)稱號”。范迪安主席書寫了“書法大師”增給陳洪榮老師。被世界國寶協(xié)會評上“國寶級藝術(shù)大師”，出版大典向海內(nèi)外發(fā)行。

2021年參加《中國21世季大采風(fēng)—中央星光大道》。被多次采訪被組團(tuán)評為當(dāng)化藝術(shù)風(fēng)云人物。

2021年7月被《中國文化交流中心》評為“世界級藝術(shù)大師”頒發(fā)榮譽(yù)證書并授予收藏印。

2021年由世界文藝家協(xié)會從百名藝術(shù)家當(dāng)中評選出10名（范迪安、孫曉云、陳洪榮、等)并入編聯(lián)合國，由聯(lián)合國日報向世界出版發(fā)行。

2021年8月參加《用藝術(shù)向世界講好中國故事》活動中被授予“中國國家形象世界傳播大使”榮譽(yù)稱號，并頒發(fā)紀(jì)念胸章。

2021年9月01日被評全國十佳杰出功勛藝術(shù)家。

2021年9月09日取得美術(shù)評論家專業(yè)技術(shù)人員職業(yè)資格證。

2022年經(jīng)北京當(dāng)代環(huán)球書畫院有限公司、環(huán)球網(wǎng)等文化機(jī)構(gòu)聯(lián)合研究通過特聘陳洪榮老師為北京當(dāng)代環(huán)球書畫院藝術(shù)顧問，并把20幅作給為祝賀中國共產(chǎn)黨20大召開重點展出。

2022年中國國際書畫名家，岀版3走進(jìn)歐洲陳洪榮，孫曉云，范迪安，范曾，沈鵬大師共同岀版了，一帶一路臺歷向60多國家發(fā)型。同年世界聯(lián)合共抗疫情，百位藝木家寄語祝福記念有俄羅斯，大使，英國大使，麥西哥大使，馬爾代福大使，法國大使和中國使館共同發(fā)給陳洪榮名家大使證書記念。

2023年央視欄目組藝術(shù)傳承大家陳洪榮被聘為客座教授一職。
