2010年由文化部發(fā)起，人民日?qǐng)?bào)擔(dān)綱舉辦的，中華人民共和國(guó)文化，領(lǐng)軍人物評(píng)審活動(dòng)中，受到聯(lián)合國(guó)教課文組織瑞典諾貝爾，文藝中心，以及中國(guó)書(shū)法家協(xié)會(huì)，中國(guó)美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)，中國(guó)作家協(xié)會(huì)，中國(guó)文聯(lián)，中國(guó)社科學(xué)院，CCTV，人民日?qǐng)?bào)等國(guó)際，國(guó)內(nèi)多家權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)媒體一致評(píng)審聯(lián)合推薦授抒陳洪榮一代國(guó)畫(huà)大師稱號(hào)。

2016年作品《圓夢(mèng)中華》經(jīng)《巴西里約奧運(yùn)會(huì)中國(guó)當(dāng)代書(shū)畫(huà)名家精品展》書(shū)畫(huà)專(zhuān)家評(píng)選委員會(huì)嚴(yán)格審定，入展“2016年巴西里約奧運(yùn)會(huì)當(dāng)代書(shū)畫(huà)家精品展”，被圣保羅藝術(shù)博物館巴西陳列收藏，

2019年參加紐約、韓國(guó)首爾、意大利佛羅倫薩、巡展作品被意達(dá)利收藏被聘為“藝術(shù)使者”。作品被評(píng)為特等獎(jiǎng)同年參加《中國(guó)世記壇》三幅作品榮獲“終身創(chuàng)作獎(jiǎng)”。

2020年授抒“人民藝術(shù)家”，同年參加抗擊疫情義賣(mài)三幅作品，義賣(mài)款項(xiàng)捐贈(zèng)給有關(guān)部門(mén),

2020年參加韓國(guó)、意達(dá)利、美國(guó)國(guó)際大展，作品獲特等獎(jiǎng)被意達(dá)利收藏。

2020年參加了人民日?qǐng)?bào)藝術(shù)鑒賞中心，文旅部等單位舉辦的《揚(yáng)我國(guó)魂、佑我中華、暨獻(xiàn)禮國(guó)慶七十一華誕藝術(shù)大展》,大賽獲得特等獎(jiǎng)。由權(quán)威書(shū)畫(huà)家組成的評(píng)委會(huì)授打“書(shū)畫(huà)藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域中華杰出藝術(shù)家和人民藝術(shù)家”。被授抒“國(guó)人民藝術(shù)家”。同年被國(guó)家民族協(xié)會(huì)授抒“國(guó)家一級(jí)美術(shù)師”，被中特評(píng)為“國(guó)禮特供藝術(shù)家”。

2020年岀版了，中國(guó)大紅袍陳洪榮專(zhuān)集。歐楊中石老師寫(xiě)評(píng)論，書(shū)協(xié)主席寫(xiě)書(shū)名文聯(lián)主席鐵旋老師寫(xiě)前言，大紅袍是藝術(shù)家一生的標(biāo)志大氣莊重推劫文化發(fā)展起了重大作用。

2021年被評(píng)選為“當(dāng)代書(shū)畫(huà)藝術(shù)百杰”并授予“國(guó)寶級(jí)藝術(shù)大師榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)”。范迪安主席書(shū)寫(xiě)了“書(shū)法大師”增給陳洪榮老師。被世界國(guó)寶協(xié)會(huì)評(píng)上“國(guó)寶級(jí)藝術(shù)大師”，出版大典向海內(nèi)外發(fā)行。

2021年參加《中國(guó)21世季大采風(fēng)—中央星光大道》。被多次采訪被組團(tuán)評(píng)為當(dāng)化藝術(shù)風(fēng)云人物。

2021年7月被《中國(guó)文化交流中心》評(píng)為“世界級(jí)藝術(shù)大師”頒發(fā)榮譽(yù)證書(shū)并授予收藏印。

2021年由世界文藝家協(xié)會(huì)從百名藝術(shù)家當(dāng)中評(píng)選出10名（范迪安、孫曉云、陳洪榮、等)并入編聯(lián)合國(guó)，由聯(lián)合國(guó)日?qǐng)?bào)向世界出版發(fā)行。

2021年8月參加《用藝術(shù)向世界講好中國(guó)故事》活動(dòng)中被授予“中國(guó)國(guó)家形象世界傳播大使”榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)，并頒發(fā)紀(jì)念胸章。

2021年9月01日被評(píng)全國(guó)十佳杰出功勛藝術(shù)家。

2021年9月09日取得美術(shù)評(píng)論家專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人員職業(yè)資格證。

2022年經(jīng)北京當(dāng)代環(huán)球書(shū)畫(huà)院有限公司、環(huán)球網(wǎng)等文化機(jī)構(gòu)聯(lián)合研究通過(guò)特聘陳洪榮老師為北京當(dāng)代環(huán)球書(shū)畫(huà)院藝術(shù)顧問(wèn)，并把20幅作給為祝賀中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨20大召開(kāi)重點(diǎn)展出。

2022年中國(guó)國(guó)際書(shū)畫(huà)名家，岀版3走進(jìn)歐洲陳洪榮，孫曉云，范迪安，范曾，沈鵬大師共同岀版了，一帶一路臺(tái)歷向60多國(guó)家發(fā)型。同年世界聯(lián)合共抗疫情，百位藝木家寄語(yǔ)祝福記念有俄羅斯，大使，英國(guó)大使，麥西哥大使，馬爾代福大使，法國(guó)大使和中國(guó)使館共同發(fā)給陳洪榮名家大使證書(shū)記念。

2023年央視欄目組藝術(shù)傳承大家陳洪榮被聘為客座教授一職。
