張泗端，號(hào)端石，當(dāng)代書法家。中共黨員，1953年生，當(dāng)過知青、工人，戎馬半生。畢業(yè)于解放軍政治學(xué)院、首都師范大學(xué)中國(guó)書法文化研究院研究生課程班。現(xiàn)為國(guó)家創(chuàng)新智庫(kù)專家委員會(huì)藝術(shù)委員會(huì)委員，文化中國(guó)傳播大使，中國(guó)老年書畫研究會(huì)書畫交流工作委員會(huì)副主任，中國(guó)楹聯(lián)學(xué)會(huì)書法藝術(shù)委員會(huì)特聘專家、副主席、書畫藝術(shù)院教授，博鰲亞洲論壇文化中心副理事長(zhǎng)，中國(guó)服務(wù)貿(mào)易協(xié)會(huì)國(guó)際交流委員會(huì)副秘書長(zhǎng)。北京胡潤(rùn)國(guó)際藝術(shù)品鑒定中心特聘書法家。中企報(bào)盟特聘書法家，《中國(guó)書畫家報(bào)》編委。

在書法藝術(shù)上、張泗端秉承恩師歐陽中石“作字行文,文以載道,以書煥采,切時(shí)如需”的書學(xué)思想,堅(jiān)持“重傳統(tǒng),隨時(shí)代,求自我”的書法學(xué)習(xí)理念,堅(jiān)持書法的傳統(tǒng)性和民族性,堅(jiān)持藝術(shù)為人民、為時(shí)代服務(wù)的創(chuàng)作方向,德藝雙修,品行端良。多年來創(chuàng)作書法作品四千多幅,數(shù)十次參加國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)書法展賽、活動(dòng),有廣泛的社會(huì)影響。曾獲原文化部“建國(guó)六十周年文藝創(chuàng)作突出貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)”等多種榮譽(yù)和稱號(hào)。2019年11月,在民族文化宮舉辦了“翰墨謳歌中國(guó)夢(mèng)，丹青凝鑄民族魂一一中華人民共和國(guó)成立70周年張泗端個(gè)人書法展"。民族文化宮博物館收藏了其中兩幅作品作為館藏文物。在成年累月的習(xí)書過程中,其在與書法文化相關(guān)的儒道釋、中醫(yī)、詩(shī)詞等傳統(tǒng)文化上有所用功。擅作楷書、行書、草書、榜書,作品有突出的個(gè)人風(fēng)貌。

張泗端的書法創(chuàng)作實(shí)踐,受到藝術(shù)前輩關(guān)注。2009年上海世博會(huì)期間,時(shí)年90高齡的中國(guó)美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)前顧問王琦先生為其撰文,稱其書法已達(dá)“性道一體,道法自然”之境界。2013年以來,歐陽中石、沈鵬、權(quán)希軍、馮遠(yuǎn)、言恭達(dá)、羅揚(yáng)等對(duì)其書法均有肯定的評(píng)價(jià)。2020年12月,《中國(guó)書畫家報(bào)》載文,稱其書法“端莊典雅,氣象正大”,代表了當(dāng)代書法審美的主流。2021年12月,《新文藝》雜志刊登“蘊(yùn)櫝既久,聲實(shí)自彰一一新文藝群體藝術(shù)家張泗端藝術(shù)人生訪談”,概述了其初心念念,命運(yùn)多舛的藝術(shù)人生,贊揚(yáng)了在書法藝術(shù)研習(xí)上取得的成就。2022年7月,《人民藝術(shù)家》雜志“春華秋實(shí)”欄目,用13個(gè)版面介紹了張泗端的書法藝術(shù)成就,編者按稱:張泗端豐富的人生閱歷和扎實(shí)的藝術(shù)功力,成就了他”字如其人“的藝術(shù)獨(dú)彰。2022年10月,央視頻與張泗端藝術(shù)對(duì)話,其表達(dá)了摯愛書法藝術(shù),為書法作為國(guó)粹的純粹,純潔而努力的心愿。2023年5月，被文化中國(guó)主題巡展組委會(huì)特別授予＂文化中國(guó)傳播大使＂。6月6日，光明日?qǐng)?bào)授予其“光明日?qǐng)?bào)藝術(shù)界領(lǐng)軍人物＂。
