青花瓷(blue and white porcelain)，又稱白地青花瓷，常簡稱青花，是中國瓷器的主流品種之一。青花是運(yùn)用天然鈷料在白泥上進(jìn)行繪畫裝飾，再罩以透明釉，然后在高溫1300攝氏度上下一次燒成，使色料充分滲透于坯釉之中，呈現(xiàn)青翠欲滴的藍(lán)色花紋，顯得幽倩美觀，明凈素雅。青花是中國最具漢族民族特色的瓷器裝飾，是釉下彩瓷的一種，也是中國陶瓷裝飾中較早發(fā)明的方法之一。
