79年出生的女藝術(shù)家陳丹青的第一個(gè)個(gè)展描繪的是她記憶中的胭脂山：

　　在武漢的時(shí)候，美院的后面有座山叫胭脂山，可我從未見過這座山，幸許曾經(jīng)有過，門前的街道叫糧道街，這條街上的人和這條街一樣讓我熟悉，這條街上有七所學(xué)校，它的繁亂程度足以讓我見到形形色色的人種，我想我對這一切是有感情的。

　　在極力搜索他們的內(nèi)心的同時(shí)，也許他們也象我同情他們一樣在同情著我，而我卻全然不知。正因如此我想我無法把自己置身事外，在觀賞別人的喜劇與悲劇的同時(shí)，也包括自己的苦惱和焦慮。我們此時(shí)的自我表現(xiàn)都無法回避希望、信仰、抉擇、意志、疏離、荒謬與最終的歸宿死亡，而最向往的處境就是“絕對自由”........

　　畫面中作品的名稱都是以胭脂山附近的地名命名的，就算是對我所見過的人們一種紀(jì)念和回憶吧.

The remembrance of Yanzhi Mountain----Chen Dan Qing’s Oil Painting Exhibition

  The first oil painting exhibition of 1979 born female artist Chen Dan Qing portrays her remembrance of Yanzhi Mountain:

  In the period that I was in Wuhan, there was a mountain at the back of Hubei Academy of Fine Arts, people named the mountain Yanzhi Mountain. I had never been to this mountain, perhaps I went by. There was a street in front of the school called Liangdao Street, together with the people on this street, I was so familiar with. There were seven schools on this street. With its special chaos and prosperity I encountered many kinds of people. I believed deeply in my heart that I was moved by all these.

  At the same time I was fetching their thought, they were perhaps having sympathy for me just like I was having the same feeling for them, and I knew nothing about it. Just because of this, I couldn’t keep myself outside of this circle, at the same time of observation of others’ happiness and mishap, I expressed my bliss and bitterness. My feeling is inevitable expectation, conviction, resolution, motivation, apartness, ridiculousness and casualty destination. However, the finest condition is “absolute freedom”……

  Those works are named after the locations around Yanzhi Mountain. Let them be the memento and remembrance of those years.
